Magnum Piering System

Not all repairs require the same solution. Different soils and site conditions require Terratec to use different techniques to repair your home properly.

Used to lift and stabilize structures that have settled, Terratec's  patented Magnum Push Piers are hydraulically driven to bedrock or load-bearing strata to prevent further movement by your foundation walls and slabs - permanently.

Our  helix piers are  screwed into the ground through the use of helix blade(s) welded to the pier’s shaft, and each blade cuts its way downward into the soil. Extensions are added to the lead section until the desired pier depth and installation pressure is achieved.Once the Helix Anchor is in place, pier caps specifically suited for the foundation material and application is installed. All of Magnum’s Helix products are round shaft piers. This proven design provides considerably more lateral strength and stability than many other designs.
