Components can be mixed to stop leaks in seconds, and lasts for decades without composition breakdown. Chemical grouts have different strengths, viscosities, toxicities, and costs and Terratec implements that proper solution case by case. Chemical grouting does not simply fill joints and cracks; it is forced through joints, cracks and into the surrounding soil where it solidifies with the soil to form a waterproof mass which cannot be pushed back into the container.
