Chemical grouts have different strengths, viscosities, toxicities, and costs and Terratec implements that proper solution case by case. Chemical grouting does not simply fill joints and cracks; it is forced through joints, cracks and into the surrounding soil where it solidifies with the soil to form a waterproof mass which cannot be pushed back into the container.
